I don't know why I keep punishing myself by engaging in this conversation with you time to time...
Bama 1st drive: Ouzts, Dippre, Law, Bernard caught the ball.
Bernard had 5 Receptions for 82
WIlliams had 4 receptions for 53
Henderson had 1 reception for 28
Dippre had 2 for 27
Law had 2 for 17
Ouzts had 1 for 2
Prentice dropped ball twice I think.
I know they were targeting Receivers throughout the game. That's the most they've done all season.

On the Mizzou wide open WR's that he mentioned... I didn't really see that. Overall in fact, I thought that was one of the better games our defensive backfield has played as a whole.

Well basically I said Milroe had issues early in the game, but began to spreed the ball around more nicely…Wimp said that Milroe was going to have to do that, because he got wind , the receivers weren’t running their route hard enough (because the main target was Williams)…so Milroe did redeem himself as the game went on…
The line did do better, they younger ones got beat some… The problem is the holding… They should make the serial holders wear “club gloves”…The line is simply a work in progress..New line coach and block style, so it may finally come together soon… Hopefully in the Bye..,
The Defense did do better… just the green secondary guys got beat deep, (the commentators pointed this out over and over) and a lot of open MIZ wides in the field… but maybe they played that way because the MIZ qb was green or just not up to the speed of the game..I know the Defense is walking wounded SO THEY NEED THE BYE..

Wommacks D is kind of new… So a lot of people are learning as they go…
I wasn't listening to the game audio so I missed that. But I'd still need to see it with my own eyes which is next to impossible without the all-22.

I remember it was Jordan Rodger’s, pointing out the Bama weaknesses in the defense….He does that a lot..

Jordan Rodges and Dan Mullen will watch to parts of the game and critique it often through the broadcast… Mullen will give coaching solutions on live TV… now Rogers will give hints about where the defense better “watch out” and what the other team should look for in the future..Rodgers was remarking on and off during this game
Good - probably the best game BAMA has played since Wisconsin.
Bad - still the intermediate passing from milroe.
Ugly - line play early in the game…
(They got better later on in the game).
Side note: the defense played pretty good the entire game. Got the shut out, that’s pretty good no matter who the opponent. Gave up some rushing yards sure, but a good performance going into the bye week. Granted there is work to do, but the players and coaches showed some improvement and a little fire….
Honestly I’d give the game a grade if B+.
