That Indiana team that drug Bama up and down the field in Pasadena uses the same science based strength and conditioning approach that UA uses.

I have to agree that we look weak in a lot of areas. Zabien Brown, Bray Hubbard, and Tim Keenan look like the only guys on defense that were stacking guys up. Holding the point of contact and able to truly muscle their guy to the ground or direct them where they wanted.

On offense it was Michael Carroll and Cuevas really blocking the best while others got pushed around a lot. Bernard and Horton blocked well. All of that is strength related and we are not like we used to be in my eyes.

The disappointment of another season ending poorly will fade, but I'll still remember and suppose about what I thought would be an improvement over the previous two years. Oh, well...

That team scored less than 30 only three times all season (before playoffs) and one was their rivalry game (24). They did play a Pac 12 schedule, so we know defense was optional. But they did score 37 on Texas in the CFP game, so it’s hard to say conference defense is the sole reason we have scored less than that team. The drop off in scoring this year is an enigma, given his success in the past on that side of the ball.

I dont know. But worse offense i have seen in many years. Lower 5 % in rushing in cf

In the Pac-12. What about this year makes you think this offense will EVER have a 1000-yard rusher? No pulling guards. No 12 personnel. Grubb is a finesse / gimmick head.
