Glad someone had the balls to step up and "want" the opportunity to succeed Saban. Takes a lot mentally to want that pressure. He has the same type of demeanor as Saban, so i think from a focus standpoint he was going to be as good as anyone.

Only coach that I ever gave up on was Shula. He was never going to turn it around. I stuck with him as long as I could be well eventually it was obvious.
