šŸ“ āļøClass of 2026 - Alabama Recruiting Updates

CKD is going after linemen that may not be as large but can move. At 6ā€™4ā€ and 270, he can still put on some weight and muscle.
His tackles are routinely 6'6' guys. He had a guard that was measured at 6'8". So, he's short compared to what they've used in the past. He's also light. 300lbs is pretty much the low end mark for weight on his OL's.

One exception is Tony Fautano (sp?) He's playing for the Steelers now. He was 6'4", but he also weight 330+ (odd sized guy for a tackle.)

It'll be three years before this guy sees the field but he's said to understand he needs weight and height. He's a project guy.

Anyone 1000% committed should be allowed to sign a contract, right thenā€¦Then they could start seeking outside endorsementsā€¦ just hopefully not nail polishā€¦šŸ¤”(WTF!)

McWhorter chose Michigan, heard it was a race between us and them. Wondering how recruitment will go for this year, currently looking a little rough. Going to have to trust in the process of Courtney Morgan and DeBoer and let them recruit the kids they think that they can develop and make a difference.

It is still early but have we really gotten any true studs committed so far? One of those true stud names that carries the momentum for the class. A Julio Jones type that the rest of the college football world wants. All I have seen so far is a few 3 star commits. Hope I missed some but If that is the case this Morgan guy needs to step up and earn his pay.
