As soon as I saw him pop into the news feeds last week I hoped he'd be in Tuscaloosa. I'm glad he was on the sidelines. I'm glad he was in Diego's ear all week.

I'm a little shocked Lea just took a "so be it" approach.

He just won the appeal this week about being eligible to play this season. That story could have taken a really strange turn. If you didn't catch the news...NCAA lost its case. They were saying his eligibility was up, then granted him a waiver to play, while saying he couldn't. Stupid shit again.

I have seen a few comments about him praying then grabbing his balls while smack talking to the crowd ... Catholic? (It's a joke,folks.)

Now we've got TWO plays that we can line the big fella up, get the entire defense completely keyed on him at the snap, and then go play action untouched. Similar (kinda) to what we did with Cody in 09, that culminated in that play action naked to Upchurch in the IB that year. Only difference is we're actually getting THIS big guy the ball... Lol.

Only TWO? I’m guessing Grubb has more in his bag. If you recall a couple weeks back, he lined Proctor out wide and brought him in motion. Looked like a potential wham block, but we got flagged for procedure before the snap.

My immediate thought was “good reason as to why alcohol shouldn’t be sold at games”. I was aware of Pavia bumping his gums all week long, but didn’t know about the crotch grabbing directed toward the South end zone/Student section or his “practicing Victory formation snap”. I then thought, maybe the fan had young kids there with him and sort of felt positive in that thought when Pavia kept saying “I’ll whatever the F I want!”

I agree, but sometimes we should just smile, sing Rammer Jammer a little louder and show class, not our ass!
 
If Pavia was grabbing his crotch and gesturing to the crowd on his way off the field, to me anyway, that puts the fan’s reaction to him in a different light. Especially if, like @UAgrad93 suggested, he had a kid(s) with him.

I doubt Diego would find it acceptable if Bama fans or players had done the same to his mother on the way out of the stadium. Or even his dickwad brothers.
