🏈 The Good, The Bad and The Ugly vs. Jawga

Good - As many have mentioned, Ty. The 3 that came with staff from UW. The OL did their job.
Bad - Williams drop of a TD
Ugly - The last FG attempt. The targeting call. And the run defense was terrible.

As a side note...Man, I sure do like Riley in the backfield. Not to take anything away from Jam, but I think Riley will be a stud once it's all said and done.

For the people griping about the run game and running up the middle. Those were body blows for 3 yard average, add those to some of the sideline to sideline screens and they were effective at getting the job done. Except for maybe 1-2 plays, Ty stayed clean in the pocket all night. @50+yeartidefan, I said we needed to get to 120-125 to have a shot, we finished at 117. I think the kneel downs at the end cost us 3 yards!

Dead on! Like I said earlier also - almost NO negative plays
As an old wishbone player in high school I’ve always said that there’s nothing wrong with 2nd &7 or 3rd & 4.

I’m sorry but Vandy is not better than UGA. They do not have the overall team talent that UGA has. They are a good team but let’s not get ridiculous.

I hope you are right... but we looked down our noses at them last year and got crushed by them in every phase!... we said the same about FSU and the same happened.. UGA is a young team and not as good as they or others think.. We are gonna need an A++ performance this week..

Another good: ball distribution. Horton had a big game. You can’t take away 1 receiver or the 1st read & stop us. We were definitely missing this last year.

It was frustrating at times. I thought we needed 1 more score.....and it was "up the middle"......"incomplete " on third.

Do you think the offense had any rhythm....?
I thought we were developing nicely in first half....kinda lost the rhythm in second

Good.. WE WON... A misdirection play that worked..

BAD....Shit talking players in the bye didn't show up... Receivers dropping some sure passes...Trying to run up the middle when we knew it wasn't going to work... we don't have those type of running backs... predictable playcalling (There was only one misdirection play! AND IT WORKED!!)...

UGLY... Third down defense is our albatross... A running QB is too.. defenders, unable to make a tackle by themselves... defensive backs playing chase... VANDY IS BETTER THAN UGA ..

FUGLY.... Emotionless CKD, assistant coaches and players.. We must get some kind of swagger..

Just 4 times, for 11 yards. And 1 of those was the last possession when Bama was running out the clock and Jam Miller lost a yard on a rush.

Later in the game.. but you have to admit most every third down and long you grit your teeth and clinch you fist... It has been one of our biggest problems...A lot of folks were jumping Womack's bones most of the game until the fourth..MAYBE HE IS TURNING THE CORNER..
