The Good: The lines got their fire back. I have been saying it all year that our lines have looked soft and Saban said as much post game... "our lines got their identity back tonight. Also, the play of Jennings, Wilson and Hand were awesome. Deshawn Hand played like a man possessed last night.. there was a play when he blew through a double team, trucked the back trying to stop him and then got to the QB.
The Bad: Play calling in the second half, injuries and Jalen not knowing how to throw the ball away. I find myself screaming for him to throw it almost every play.
The Ugly: Tony Brown's smack talk at the Clemson bench and on the interviews after the game. That isn't who we are, nor who we ought to be. Don't they see how stupid it looked on Chokelahoma with them talking trash after every play and then losing. It looks even worse on them when they win (see Mayfield planting flag or shooting birds) At Bama, we don't need to talk trash, be snarky when we win, charge the field or the court when we beat a rival or any of that. We expect to win, we show class when winning or losing and earn respect for how we play not what we say.
