| RECRUIT ⭐️Alabama's 2024 Signing Day Class Update Thread⭐️

With the players getting paid the "same base rate" from Yea Alabama, and then encouraged to "build their own brand," can you blame him for doing just that?
No but I can still get tired of it. I do not have to watch it so I guess that is on me. That said how can a person keep perspective with this much attention? He is going to need to be wired different. My statement is probably more about the current state of recruiting/NIL etc... than enything.

I think it's fair to say the higher the stars/ratings, the higher chance that the player in question is going to be a handful for the staff. This comment isn't about Williams, but just a general statement. But, a team also needs some of those guys sometimes too... Does the talent outweigh the headaches? That's the key.

I still think the Barn turds are trying to position themsleves for a big splash so they can market the heck out of Freeze owns the state. I never trust the Barn or Vile programs. They are ALWAYS trying to do something to "weaken" or takes a shot at Bama. That is what they live for.

Accurate, definitely what they're trying to do here. I honestly still don't understand how they got Perry Thompson or Cam Coleman, did neither of those guys watch film on Hugh Freeze receivers or their offense last year? I mean, the man has been in coaching almost 10 years now at D1 level? He hasn't produced a single effective WR in 10 years, just 1 TE in Evan Engram that's it.

I agree and that’s why it made no sense how the receivers he had at Old Piss lit up Bama’s secondary in 2015 and 2016. Engram of course turned out to be as advertised but Treadwell was a first round bust as it was later learned you needed a calendar for his 40 time.

Those decisions are what make it clear it's only about the money they are offered. Not realizing their future earning potential takes a huge hit when they won't show the big time production they envision coming out of high school.

Getting them and keeping them are two different things. They may be one and Done and onto the next NIL deal.
