I think that might have figured in to Davis and his punches. Still stupid of him and I hope Saban gives him all kinds of hell about it, once he sees what happened. Note, they do not have TV sets on the sidelines, so he likely did not know RD threw punches.

They show replays, yes. They show replays of the actual ply, not what happens in a pile or away from the ball. Even with the replays they show, do you really think the head coach watches every replay?

When his starting defensive tackle gets a 15-yard penalty? Yes. Yes I do but I guess you guys think he just screamed at the dude for 15 minutes and held him out for a few plays without having a clue what happened? K.

On the same token, knowing how Saban operates, do you really think it's out of the realm for someone to communicate to him what happened?

My gut says he knew what happened... My brain says he's much smarter than to put him on the field if he knew what happened.

Either way he was yelling at him for the actual penalty, even if he didn't see the punch, so bench his ass anyway. Don't even need to see the punches to know the dude was out of focus

No I wasn't. I was told by the person that went in my place that it was shown multiple times, though... (same with the twisting of Ruggs' ankle).

If they didn't show it, then Saban was told about. Regardless my point was it looked like Saban at the very least knew about it.

Now I’ve tried posting this 3 times from my iPad and I keep getting an error. So here goes from my phone.

Good- the team responded to a little bit of resistance and adversity. The defense was on point. Mack Wilson called himself and the defense out and they responded.

Bad- injuries!! Seeing 2 WRs and your QB go down makes your heart skip a beat! It changed the offenses game plan and we resorted to taking the air out.

Ugly- officiating continues to be a damn joke! The replay guys have seemed to join up with them as well. Mizzou played dirty all night and not a flag in sight. R. Davis likely responded to the shit that happened all night. Hands to the face by their OL must be taught. Not condoning Davis’ actions but sometimes, enough is enough. Their DL are obviously taught the same. Punting!!! Oh Skyler! Please go visit a shrink. He is such a headcase right now. You would have thought that not punting for 2 1/2 games, he would’ve straightened things out.
