My mom is from there.
A friend and former co-worker's mother of mine runs/owns Pince's. Really good folks.
The Smoky Mountains. Love renting a cabin for the TN game and driving into Knoxville and eating at Ye Olde Steakhouse on the way (if its a night game). Haven't been in several years though....
That is the only thing I like about TN. The wife and I are taking our kids up there during our Thanksgiving Break for a few days. I'll be sure to rub this ass whipping in their face while we are there. A little horseback riding, Cade's Cove, etc. just to get away.

The 50+ family loves it here. Awesome motorcycling. Beautiful scenery. Cherokee national forest. Great smokey mtn national park. Ocoee and hiwassee rivers for whitewater and unbelievable fishing. Living here worth putting up with vol fans

As long as you’re driving North to South or South to North, you don’t have to be in the state very long.
