This is starting to look like a team that was hot early in the season but is regressing as the season goes on. Need to just get out of this one and fix the ship. Pretty sure this is a double digit loss at this point.

Yea Clowney needs to dial it back a bit. It's been nearly 5 games since he's even hit a 3 pointer. Teams are just leaving him open at this point behind the line daring us to let him take a 3.

They're playing like they walked to Norman.
Haven't seen much of OU this season, but this has to be the best they've played all year by far. On the other end, for the 2nd game in a row Bama continues to be a step slow on defense and looks tired on both ends... missing layups and leaving 3's short. Just all out of sorts all the way around.

Not thinking we can come back from this. Sucks to lose it in the first half. Refs aren't touching their whistle on our end of the court, but Oklahoma getting them on their end. Not that kind of fan that blindly thinks we get shafted, but this is clear as day.

We're tied in fouls. Not sure that has anything to do with what's going on today. Pretty sure the team has been sleepwalking through games for the last two games. They need to look in the mirror and decide if they wanna be one of the top teams in the country or just an average team with some good players on it. Right now, they're playing like average joes with some 2nd day draft picks on the team.

Played a pretty tough schedule, but also lost to Sam Houston, so there's that.
Oats sounded about as mad as I've ever heard him during the halftime CTSN interview with Passink a minute ago.
Yeah, they've had some really close loses, and they are playing in the best overall league which counts for something too.

Guess we just look like crap and I saw about four fouls down low that did not get called. We look hungover from a night out.
I think both things are true here... OU was allowed to be more physical (especially Groves), but OU is also went shit through a tin horn on Bama regardless.

32% FG. Shooting about our average for 3s but the issue is we need better than average 3s to get back into this game since we're so far behind. Meanwhile, Oklahoma is way above any metrics they've produced for the entire season. Normally a 35% team from 3 they are shooting around 76% and 67% from the floor which is 20% above average. This is literally the exact same problem we had against MSU. the only thing that helped us is near the end of the 1st half and all through the 2nd MSU regressed back to their averages or worse for the game. We shot above ours to close the game out as well. I could see that working for a 7-8 point difference but not when you're almost down 20. I think we'd be lucky to close this game and lose by only single digits at this point.

This is the type of team we’d play in the 1st or 2nd round of the tourney. Hungry underdog. They are waxing us today. Better them wax us the UT or Auburn.

Hard saying this with the success we've had this year, but we look like a bunch of scrubs today. Fucking soft ass defense teying to get push offs and tit for tat crap called instead of hard nosed defense. Our guys are on the ground flapping around more than a fish out of water.
