Our passing defense is definitely not a strong suit going into this game versus Georgia, but one thing that you guys may not know is that we have not given up a single passing TD on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd downs.

Believe it or not, all 3 passing TDs we gave up all year came on 4th down conversions off of blown coverage.

Shocking, huh?

We MUST do a much better job on covering receivers and not allowing them to slip into wide open spaces on the field.

That, and keeping an eye out for opposing punters who also played QB in high school. :)

LOL, yeah and keeping our kicker from trying to make big hits on opposing teams' return men.

Good stat.

While our pass defense gives up yardage, I've been impressed (especially against Arkansas) with our ability to come up with the big plays or force turnovers when we need them. It doesn't do a team a lot of good to move up and down the field passing the ball only to have a an interception or defensive stand end their drive.
