when i lived in vancouver, washington i used to order from a mom-and-pop place called smokey's pizza. they still used old-style brick ovens to cook their pizzas. if you've never had a brick-oven fired pizza, then you're definitely missing out. they taste WAY better than a convection-style oven-cooked pizza.
anyway.....
i used to get salami, prosciutto, mushrooms and onions. plus they had a few different cheeses from which you could choose. but i always got mozzarella, the standard.
all the meats and veggies were fresh-sliced every day which made them that much better. and a medium with those 4 toppings cost about $20, but it was well worth it.
but now that i'm here, i have to settle for pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and onions. nobody around here offers prosciutto. but i do like ordering from dominos because they have salami.
