Ugly- our out of conference schedule at home.

Good - 1st and 2nd string O and D were fine as was 3rd string O as much as they could show.

Bad - Third string D isn't up to it yet.

Ugly - Gotta put up big offensive numbers because close games that need a FG or two are just lost

This needs to be addressed. Saban should probably make him practice tomorrow.

Good - Whopped ass and took names.

Bad - I know its nitpicking but the backups did not play well in the second half (defensively at least). Some of these guys may very well end up playing serious snaps at some point and a lot of them just looked lost out there. Jared Mayden was severely disappointing.

Ugly - Kicking continues to be a very big problem. I'm to the point where i think if you are inside the 35 just go for it on fourth down.

If we don’t make playoffs, it will certainly be because of our punting/FG kicking. On a team full of studs I can’t understand how we have kickers who can’t make 35yrd or less FGs.

I agree. Over the last several years we have had a knack for getting placekickers who aren’t reliable.

Bad- some of the younger guys looking lost! Fellas need to man up or they will find themselves passed up for the younger bucks that are hungry and are buying in to the process.

Ugly- do I have to say it? Are our PK troubles due to the fact that Saban made a deal with the devil in order to stay at UA until he retires? My son has a former teammate that is a freshman at UA this fall. He was our kicker and he played soccer as well. Strong leg and was fairly accurate. I wonder if it is too late!?!

Nah....just punt it, should be able to down it around the 5, that seems to be about our max distance on punting yards. :devil:
