🏈 The Good, The Bad and The Ugly vs. Arky

Good—-blowout win over an SEC rival, 13th straight ten-win season, five rushing TDs and Smitty’s 84-yard punt return TD, Reichard remains perfect on FGs and PATs, fifth perfect regular season under Saban (2008, 2009, 2016, 2018 & 2020)

Bad—-fumble close to the Arky goal line, Mac’s ill advised pass that was intercepted (but the turnover was nullified by the targeting penalty), targeting foul AND rolling Smitty’s ankle on purpose, second team offense is WAY BEHIND the starters

Ugly—- Arky continues to play dirty (and get away with it most of the time) like they have for YEARS

Good- OL really played well, both lines, considering minor injuries and Neal being out.

Bad- Not letting Bryce run more of the offense.

Ugly- ESPN's entire game production. Everything from the play by play guy wearing his mask for a while and sounding like he was talking into a shoe, to the production guys missing the start of plays, to the poor camera guy who bit on every playaction fake. My ugly would have been Arkansas trying to run a trick play with 2 minutes left to try and find the end zone, but the ensuing events brought to us by the football gods of karma, made it more awesome, than ugly.

Good- 10 SEC wins. The offense is a machine that sputtered a little bit to start the game but not much. The Defense is so much better than the early part of the year. Devonta making the punt return game a weapon again.

Bad- Injuries.

Ugly- The Play by Play guys.

Good:
-Mac Jones taking what the D gave him... Not forcing. Nice sign of maturity
-OL just dominating in every aspect
-Great to see McLelan break loose there at the end! Big time run and good momentum for him as the star headed into next season
-The D Line just absolutely wrecking shop! Makes those DB's job a lot easier (Losing Barmore will hurt but Young and Smith are nice pieces)
-Can't say enough good things about Moore and Branch this year. The discipline and ball skills by Branch on that trick play were fantastic! Those 2 young cats just have legit football IQ and instincts. Fun to watch
-In replacement of Harris, Moody looked really active! He was ready for his opportunity. I love seeing those guys come in and capitalize when they get their chance.
-Reichard still kicking ass! Get it? And how about the announcer quoting Saban saying "he's the best kicker in the nation"... Whoah

Bad:
-??? I guess the Mac Jones INT that got called back. Good learning opportunity headed into the next 4 huge games

Ugly:
-Harris' injury just sucks. Hate to see a guy who's developing so well potentially not get to play at this point in the season. Hopefully he can get back by the playoffs.

Good: Mac Jones with 0 tds. Devonta with 0 td receptions and we scored 52 points. I would classify that as a not 1 deminsional defensive coordinators nightmare. :D

Bad: D line played "Bad" ass.... 4 sacks 4 turnovers, Brian Robinson "Bad" ass running wih 3 tds... yes, he's what they'll all be getting next year (for all of those opponents that are glad Najee is graduating).

Ugly: C. Harris injury... get well soon young man.
