I have watched Rutgers three times this season. There is zero reason for us not to be blowing them out. But then again, Alabama has continuously allowed teams to stay in games because they turn it over and decide when they want to play D. It's maddening to have this many upperclassman who don't buy in for 40 minutes.

Yeah, he's almost a necessary evil at the moment. He's handling the ball terribly and I can't get over him not getting that last shot off, but then he hits the big shot when we need them. Philon needs to be the point. Sears is instrumental to this team, but he does not need to run the point to me.

I don't get it. Philon comes in and the ball movement is improved immediately. Then he gets benched and Sears turns it over three times.

Defensive intensity has to get turned up in the 2nd half especially on those two freshmen. May be hard to do after last night but it is needed if they want to keep from dropping their 2nd game this season. They also have to clean up the turnovers. Good lord those were ridiculous.
