| GAME THREAD đźŹ€ Illinois vs Alabama 🏀 - Bama 100-87 over Illinois

What the fuck is going on with Sears? These turnovers are middle school. Four points away from literally a 20 point game and it's now a 9 point game. No one even attempted to defend that last 3.

And once again, second chance opportunities. Like holy shit Oats. When will you ever teach your players to box out?

I don't know for sure, but he may be playing with an illness tonight. I know some stuff has been going around the team this week.

Did our offense change? I've noticed we're not using any step back 3s and we're generally hesitant when we have a beat to shoot a 3. I'm just noticing this in the last few games we've just been hesitant to pull the trigger and it just doesn't look like our offense from last year.

I mean it's way too early in the season to say this, but this D has way too much talent and length to look as bad as they have this season. I don't know if it's all on the players either. The coaches need to teach these guys some fundamentals on that side of the ball.

Think it's just some players not getting in their groove yet. The spacing has been better tonight and they're firing off from beyond the arc. But some of the players just don't have the confidence yet on their jump shot and are relying on just driving.
