| GAME THREAD 🏈 Michigan vs Alabama 🏈 ~ 4 PM CT on ESPN

Michigan has stuck to their scouting report but they've done it with trick formations and trick plays. Bama has tried to hit some deep balls in 1st down situations into Michigan blitzes and bad o-line blocking. We really need to just keep pounding it and let the run game open up the pass game.

D-Line needs to start getting more pressure though. But a great stop. Offense has to start picking up chunk yardage. Seems like a field position game right now.
He's reading 1 receiver, he's throwing to that guy no matter the coverage situation. So hard to sack him in the 2 seconds he has the ball. If we can get a lead and force him to be a full-time passer we'll definitely see him holding the ball more and having to read multiple targets.

Just in general though, the D needs to generate more pressure up front and disrupt their plays. Right now, they're running with success.

I have watched UM play 4-5 times this year. Our head football coach and 2 assistants are die hard UM fans. They are doing exactly what they have done all year on offense and defense. They use their TE’s better than any team in the country. They usually always have 2 on the field and sometimes 3.

My goodness, we're looking terrible in play calling and o-line right now. Those guys better wake-up the defense can't hold onto this stalemate forever. Maybe Kirk's right, we need to attack their edges and take the pressure off the middle of the o-line.
