IF you're curious last year at Camp Randall it was Bama -15.5 at kickoff with a 42-10 win. The total was the same last year: 47.5. I find that to be wild.
IF you are also wondering...that game was all Jalen. He was around 275 in total yards, just under 200 passing. Bama had 400 - 410 total yards on the day.
We're going to be seeing a familiar name this weekend as well; Jeff Grimes took over the OC job from Phil Longo this season. He was an offensive line coach at Auburn and later at LSU. He's been 'cutting his teeth' in the Big 12 as OC.

Bill Connelly updated his SP+ rankings following last weekends games. Wisconsin is ranked 34th. Bama is ranked #3 this week up eight spots from last week.
SP+ rankings project Bama to win by 9.6 plus what they are carrying for HFA. (We don't have anywhere close to a true number there.) Kelly Ford is a little higher, a point or so.
This week should give all of us a little better perspective as to where Alabama actually is in regard to LOS play on both sides of the ball. No offense to ULM but they just were not a very good team. I still want to see the aggressive play from us.

Alabama is an intriguing collection of wide receivers, but there's one who's emerging to a point where he'll be almost impossible to keep off the field.
This Saturday, the two biggest challenges for the Alabama Crimson Tide have nothing to do with the Wisconsin Badgers. One challenge is that in the second half o

If we don't come out and handle business, Wisconsin could take advantage and jump on us early. Just go out there and execute every play at a high level, do you assignments... and we'll be fine. But we can not come out flat.
Wisconsin didn't look all that good against Miami (OH); but they still won 17-0. They looked better against MTSU...but it was MTSU; 42-10. They'll be tougher than ULM, but I don't think they'll be anywhere near what FSU was.
I just want the guys to keep that same intensity they had against ULM and keep their foot on the gas and let a bunch of guys get plenty of playing time. More playing time means being more comfortable. And they're going to need that starting next week in Athens. That's gonna be a tough one.
Continue to improve and play hard no matter who we’re playing…have to continue to get better all season.
Are we expecting any injured players back this week? I would assume RW will be back - hopefully watching his team dominate without him lights a fire in him. Any word on TK?
Unfortunatley I think you already do know from the FSU game. Did they appear to improve? Sure and will it continue. we shall see?
Interesting to me how quickly the rat poison returns with one victory over ULM. It is for sure a step in the right direction and 73- 0 is great but it is one game.
Bama is favored by a large margin BUT that is exactly when CKD has struggled. I have not watched the first game or read anything about Wisonsin but I am still going to be cautious, The good thing about this game is it is a home game whcih CKD coached teams have done a lot better.
Someone please hide these stats from the players!... sequester them until after the game.. if they are told they have a high probability to win, they will not play the way they should... history proves that!
