I enjoyed this game through and through, and with a loss like this its hard not to be bitter. It was a hard fought game and I'm proud of our players. You have to look at the positives, and overall...the future is bright people. We obviously still need to improve the offensive line when it comes to pass protection. It was also no secret that we were no match for LSU's D-lineman in the running game...talk about dominating.
As far as the defense, we still have a long way to go it would seem. With Coach Saban's schemes, it will take more then a year to implement what he really wants to do(Just wanted to remind everyone). Personally, I believe he's not able to blitz like he wants and as a result we're not aggressive enough at this point. If you look at his LSU defenses and ours now..we've got a while..but we will be dominating, aight?
Bring on them Bulldogs, War Hawks, and especially those Tigers.
Roll Tide!!!
