A payment to a lawyer, under "legal fees," is not falsifying records. The reason they used the word "novel charge" is because...it doesn't exist.
Why won't you answer why they decided to make a misdemeanor charge a felony? With no felony cited in the case? Why won't you answer why by NY law a judge can't be participating in campaigns, but this one was? As IS his daughter, to the tune of millions.

That’s very right of you! They didn’t try him federally, so having jurisdiction over federal anything makes no sense.

Falsifying business records is a felony in NY, so there was no turning a misdemeanor into a felony, it’s a damn felony in NY to begin with, you know this shit is easy to find out right?
