Because they have no jurisdiction over federal cases.

Name another case where that's been, "falsified records?" You can't.

A payment to a lawyer, under "legal fees," is not falsifying records. The reason they used the word "novel charge" is because...it doesn't exist.

Why won't you answer why they decided to make a misdemeanor charge a felony? With no felony cited in the case? Why won't you answer why by NY law a judge can't be participating in campaigns, but this one was? As IS his daughter, to the tune of millions.

BTW, the judge in the case is an acting judge. He is not even in the pool of 24 judges that would have been randomly assigned to this case. He was also “randomly” picked in the Steve Bannon case and another Trump case.
