But I never really saw anything special about him during the 07 Season. We still ran the ball when we shouldn't had. We still sucked on 3rd downs. We still wern't anything special in the red zone.
If he stays...then i hope he has a huge turn around in 08...if not then he will need to be replaced anyways.

I say better he jump now than next year. I want him to stay, but if he doesn't think he's up to it, maybe he needs to take a less "stressful" position.

if so, who do you think we would hire? i just dont like this at all. like someone up top said, you need stability. i would just like to see a coaching staff stay around for a couple of years ya know, kind'a change up the pace a little bit.
