The scoreboards of the baseball and softball games keep matching up, with Bama on the wrong end of both. A&M up 7-4, B7.
Jeebus... Trevor Werner for the Aggies has three 2 run HR's. A&M up 9-4.
A&M wins 11-5. Aggies hit 6 HR's total.
Pains me to say this, but Tennessee and auburn are playing some really good baseball right now after some sputtering starts in league play.
Also, Bama/A&M is in a rain delay. Set to begin shortly (hopefully).
Alabama up 3-0 early after a half inning thanks to a Pinckney 3 run HR. Bad news is they left 3 more guys on base.. but a good start at least. McMillan on the mound for UA.

Bama up 12-0, B5. Pinckney hit his 2nd 3 run HR of the game. Shelton added a 2 run blast (his 19th of the season, 3 shy of the SEC record for freshmen). A lot of passing the bat going on today by the Tide lineup...

Bama wins, 12-1 in 7 innings. Series now tied 1-1, and UA is 12-14 in SEC play.
They should be fine. Regardless, would be disappointing if they don't take the series from a reeling Ole Miss team next weekend for some insurance.

They were one of the teams I had on my mind when I looked up the numbers. Along with State, Ole Miss wins the CWS title in the last two years and they're done. All the while, the SEC hasn't really taken a down turn with teams like Vandy and Florida rolling along.
