| FTBL 1st Round in '24, '25 CFP: The Playoffs - Games begin at noon: SMU v PSU, UC v TX, and UT vs OSU

The losses to Vandy and Okie are inexcusable. However, the CFP is supposed to be the 12 best teams. Period. Not the 12 most "deserving" teams. Simple question: Would Bama have done better against ND and Penn State? Simple answer: Yes.
You are 100% correct. We hold Bama to a different standard (and we should), but the CFP should hold all teams to the same standard (and don’t) Liberal every one gets a trophy (chance) system

Those two losses are inexcusable, and are what got us out of the playoffs in the committees eyes. But we had wins against Georgia, South Carolina, and Missouri. That's a win against the SEC champions, and two teams CURRENTLY ranked in the CFP polls. SMU has how many of those?

That guy from the B1G that kelp putting Bama in around 11 spot. He knew what he was doing, He didn't want any type of feel back from Bama fans. Then when the voted counted for the Playoff, he put SMU in and left Bama out.

In all fairness when Milroe took the reins Bama had just gone through some of the best QB play that we have had in the history of the program. Even with that said, incosistent QB play is hard to overcome even with a great athlete. I am one that believes Milroe can become a very good QB in the NFL. The guy is a freak athlete and if he is able to focus just on football and his development, I think he will do some really good things in the NFL. Probably why he is still regarded highly in the draft because it can't be based on his on field performance this year. The great Milroe games he was unstoppable.
Meh.

I think he’s more of an Anthony Richardson. Super athletic, not sure he’s got sustainability in the NFL. That backyard ball doesn’t play in the NFL.

Hope I’m wrong though.
