How will that effect our recruiting?

Recruiting will take a hit if we lose Kirby, Cristobal, and Kiffin. They are the 3 best recruiters on staff (and some of the best in the country). Doesn't mean Bama won't pull a top 10 class, but I'd be surprised if we don't see it take a slight hit.
