I love this guy . I wasn't sold on him when he was first hired .
You know when he was a head coach of the Mavs. he had Dirk in his prime , Jason terry , Jerry Stackhouse , I just wasn't sure if they reached the finals that year in part because of him or in spit of him ...
I actual see them running plays , motion , pick and roll . Being unselfish with the ball ... They took Jimmy Taylor and made him a " small offensive threat " who could hit a few free throws . while with Coach Grant a defensive presence only who stunk at the line .
I hope we can keep him for a while .... I am buckled up .....
