| BSB/SB The start of the 2024 Alabama Baseball and Softball seasons are days away...

Softball starts this week (Thursday) at a tournament at Georgia Tech (Buzz Classic). The girls are scheduled to play 5 games there against Villanova, Longwood x2, and Georgia Tech x2. They'll open up at home the following weekend when they host the Easton Bama Bash (vs. St. Thomas, x2, Virginia x2, and Southern Indiana).

The baseball team's first series is the same weekend as the Easton Bama Bash... they'll host Manhattan College for a 3 game series. This is a big transition year for both... Life without Fouts for the girls, and a new coach and revamped lineup on the baseball side. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing both.

I've got tickets for Friday's games. I can't wait to see how they look. I'm more curious to see how the offensive looks even more than the pitching. With so many changes to the coaching staff at Bama over the last 2 years I think (hope) they surprise a few folks!

Baseball hosts Arkansas.
