🏈 The Good, The Bad and The Ugly vs. UTC

Good: 11-0. Deiter got a couple tds. Cam sims

Bad: really wouldn't have minded darby up the middle 40+ times this game. We're tempting fate with so many qb runs when they're unnecessary to secure victory. Pass protection is a work in progress. Hurts isn't seeing the whole field yet. Still think it will come with time.

Ugly: the color orange and those who wear it

Good: Kiffin got all of his bad play calls out of the way for the next 4 games. All that is left is the genius ones now.

Bad: The language I used cussing Lane for his terrible play calls and the piss poor job our team did of coming out prepared to play

Ugly: The look I got from my wife after having to apologize to my neighbor for destroying a Big Al yard gnome with a golf club late Saturday night

Good : The cold beer I drank as I watched the game.

Bad: The number of cold beers I drank as I watched the game.

Ugly: The after affects of the number of cold beers I drank while watching the game.

How dare you cuzz out one of the best coach on the coaching staff!!:D

How dare you use very bad language, about his bad coaching job!;)

But this is the worst thing that you could have done!! You should go and buy another Big Al yard gnome before someone come knotting on your door in a few day!! What did Big Al do to you!! :D ;)

Be careful DC, some might call you a bandwagon fan or something worse for your, truthful, negative comments.

Ha!Ha! I jumped on the bandwagon in 1973 and haven't jumped off yet. I think some people on here are a little too sensitive about smart alec comments about things related to coaching.

I believe all these coaches are all more qualified than me but I donate my measly pocket change to the university, so I have the right to speak up. I think every coach no matter how good can get into habits that aren't good and sometimes don't even realize it themselves. Kiffin is in the habit of trying to stay balanced on the stat sheet and while I agree balance helps us be more successful because it keeps a defense honest, I think he sometimes forgets that we have very capable running backs who can tote the rock. We could actually use the run to set up the sweeps and the passing game.. it doesn't always have to be the other way around. And when playing the Chattanooga's of the world we could just line up in I formation and run it down their throat for a half, wear the Mocc's defense out and then work on the passing game.

This would prevent us old folks from having a heart attack and works the same way as throwing the ball and running 4 jet sweeps to set up the run, just in reverse.

I will never understand why he called so many read option plays with Jalen keeping it so much last week. That was a recipe for disaster and we are very lucky he didn't get hurt. If Jalen was deciding on his own to keep it.. Kiffin should have called him over and told him to hand it to the back every play unless he tells him otherwise. We were never in real risk of losing and I understand that part of it may have been coaches using this as the wake up call they seem to need every year to not get complacent but it was hard to watch.

Me and FunnyMayne see it the same way... just run the bawl Lane!

I'm in agreement that it's a Kiffin issue on how he views being balanced. I don't know how after 10 games you can actually go into a football game and scheme something totally different from all the others, but he did it. Good he doesn't work for me, cause after watching our star QB get put on his head, Kiffin and I would be having a come to Jesus moment.

What puzzles me further is that our oline is more advanced in the run game and we dont play to that strength. I learned a long time ago to focus on my strengths not the weaknesses because the returns are better.

Also, Jalen leads our team in carries by a wide margin. He should be third
