That Greg McElroy is playing QB for another team in the league. I thought it was pretty cool, but found it weird also, for a number of reasons. Maybe I'll get a chance to get a picture with him and post it here.

He was actually in the act of playing QB when I walked in. I live about 30 mins. south of Nashville, in Franklin, where D1's main facility is. He was playing with some of the guys that work there, and a couple other ex-titans.

I was thinking the same, "what the heck is he doing in Nashville?". - I'm guessing that he training here for a bit in the offseason. We get all sorts of football players here in the offseason because they come and train here. During the Spring I play basketball with Bartholomew just about every Sunday, and he'll bring guys that he's training with up there to play with us...heck I play with Tebow twice when he was training for the draft.

I figured McElroy would be the most interest provoking name around, but Tim McGraw was also on a team last year. And a name that a few guys might recognize around here, Barton Simmons (247 Sports) also plays.

Barton Simmons tweeted something similar the other day, I didn't realize he was in Nashville...I initially thought, why is Greg coming back to Bama to play flag football...very odd. Just looked and Barton is outta Nashville + the D1 comment, makes sense now.
