People who want Dabo need to look at the buyout information for him. It's much higher than Lanning buyout, so if Lanning buyout is a no-go then we're certainly not getting Dabo.
The cheapest buyouts are Mike Norvell, Steve Sarkisian, Kirby Smart, and Dan Lanning. I believe they'll at least kick the tires on all of them before making a decision or they've already kicked the tires and they're reaching out to see who is ready to take the offer.

Let’s be fair we don’t know what the recruits were told. However, I doubt they were ever told he was leaving and I am more than positive they were informed that they make the decision based on the school not the coach.
