Anything on Fluker? I had heard that he had "Slimmed down" a bit and was hell to deal with. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 6'6" and 340 lbs. I am a big fan of the linemen on both sides of the ball. A big fan of Darius before his MVP performance. Steen has been reported to have a mean streak. I am really excited about our lines potential for the foreseeable future.

The jerseys have a "shininess" to them that I have never noticed. To me they have always looked "flat". Look out...the "new helmet design" thread is just around the corner.:lol:

Honestly, everything looks really nicel. Heck even the name tapes on the helmets look professional. Note the turf and how crisp the lines look. I'm wondering if Field Turf for BDS might not be around the corner. Any thoughts?

My twelve year old ran into him at the mall before last year's LSU game last season and I have to tell you, the LBS clan thinks Marcel is a Great Guy who happens to also play a little football. I told my son afterwards that if he never played a snap of football in his life that I wanted him to treat others just like Marcel treat him.

I just can't wait to see what Kirkpatrick can do on the field. Also, I just can't say enough about how amazed I am at everything about Hightower.

I really do think the pieces are in place to be as good as last year. Notice I didn't see "repeat as National Champions", because a lot of things had to happen last year for that to occur. I don't see a clearly dominant team in the East, and I don't see anyone being more dominant than us in the West. I'll be interested to see how Ohio State and Texas do during the year, because I see those teams as the only non-SEC teams that can rival us in talent.
