Oh yeah. Using my old ass grill I've had since I was 18, but I had no starter fluid, so I had to buy some instant charcoil that was kina nasty

Nah, I'm no chef. Cooking is something I enjoy, but It's not something I could make a living at. It's more like a hobby to me.

I'm a total left brained enginerd. Cooking is like my one and only creative outlet that I'm actually decent at. I'd love to hone my skills with processes and food science moreso, but I have a knack of knowing how to create flavors.
