anyone ever use one of these to pull pork? Its called the porkinator. I saw one last year at a cook off and had to order one as soon as i got home

Yeah, Does. If you're gonna slice it, how do you prepare it. I know you cook it maybe 60-80 degrees less but what kind of rub? What kind of wood? What else?

I use the same cooking method: Rubbed, smoked with pecan and apple wood @ 225-250, wrap it at around 165. If its pulled I will cook until 200 it. If its sliced I will cook to around 185-190.
