Carnitas cooked traditionally (think copious amount of lard). I made the tortillas as well.

@rick4bama, I like a nice red with my bloody steaks and with Italian food. I blame it on the vino de la casa that all of the restaurants served in Naples, Italy.

Bought a Blackstone grill several months ago. Absolutely love this thing. If you're in the market for a new grill, I highly recommend one of these.

Sears steak pretty good too, view off the back patio.
