Ran into a Barner in our local Walmart last night, about 20 minutes before the rankings were released. Now, I have no clue who this guy is, but he makes a point to tell me that "#1 versus #4 next week! It's going to be awesome!" I just nodded and allowed him to go on shopping for meth supplies!! My wife asked what was that about. I told her that the Barner believed that they would be ranked #4 but was wrong. I said that they would be sitting at #6. We got home and she asked what the rankings were. I was right.
I still think UGA got WAY TOO much credit for beating a vastly overrated Notre Dame. The Domers played as well as they did the last time they went to South Beach.
