I know this is "dating myself." I remember watching Dallas (and Everson Walls*) play in the latter years of high school and a few years afterwards. As a backup for Dallas (to start his first season) he led the league in INT's. His record still stands today in Dallas: 11 picks in a season.

Diggs, with one more, will tie the Dallas record.

As I recall the most INT's in a season is set at 13.

*Walls has a good story from walking on at Grambling under Eddie Robinson to playing for Coach Landry.

The funny thing is, about the only achievement left that Saban hasn't unlocked is having the #1 pick in the draft. If Neal happens to be the guy this April (and it would be tough to pass on Hutchison or Thibodeaux, but Neal would be the smarter pick and bigger need for them), then it sets up nicely for him to do it 2 years in a row (with possibly the top two picks in 2023).

Not sure if y’all saw it but Bruce Arians reinstated Antonio Brown today with the Bucs. He served a 3 game suspension for presenting a fake vaccination card to the team and NFL. Boy, the NFL and team took a hard stance on that one. 3 games? Last year when they signed Brown Arians said if Brown screws up one time he’s gone. When presented that quote today, Arians stated that history had changed. I wish I could change history! What’s changed is he needs a WR that’s healthy. He’s not the only coach that would do that, probably, but he lost some integrity to me. I thought it was some kind of federal? Offense to present a fake vaccination card.

I watched or listen to the Buffalo vs. NE game. I didn't think the pro announcers were at as bias as the college guys are! But those two on the Buffalo vs. NE were big time. I was in another room listening about the high praise Josh has been with Buffalo not just once, but even when NE has the ball. Now I was pulling for NE got three Bama players, Buffalo does have Trevon Diggs brother. He scores a TD for Buffalo too! I see that Levi Wallas is on the defense. Jon Allen and Deron Payne just got in a physical altercation on the bench. Took swipes at each other. And Payne is really pissed off about something. Odd exchange. At a Flying Saucer with 100+ beer choices staring at me and no volume, so I’m not sure what their beef is with each other.

It's a great story and not unlike how badly Henry out-rushed (was it Dalvin Cook) by close to 500 yards on the season.

One thing though and you may remember this. Diggs 11th ties Everson Walls (whom I've mentioned before) for the Cowboys record. Walls story fits "incredible;" may be as good as any NFL story.

I'd have to look to be sure but I know Averett and McKinney are having good seasons: combined, they are probably at 10 INT's for the season. I'm think our fellow alum may be leading the NFL in INT's this season.

The same goes for scoring I'd think.

Also if the ball had been thrown on the outside there already some space and would have been more so likely a completion. Certainly not an interception however lets give Diggs his due he is having a great year.
