Him and Will are a guarantee (just about) to skip the bowl gameI kinda bet BY wouldnt.
....but we shall see...
Might be playing TCU. Kansas State had an 18 point lead in that game. I wouldn't bet against them. KSU was big for me in the Sportsbook last year.
Dec. 31 Sugar
Alabamavs.
Kansas StateSEC vs. Big 12 12 p.m. New Orleans, La.
I have been hearing a lot about this game. Think it will be a good one or bad for Bama? State lose to TCU in the regular season 38-28.
KSU is one of those teams that people always underestimate. It's just when the limelight is shining on them, they tend to shit the proverbial bed., but playing us in a meaningless bowl game is really in their "Wheelhouse" ... kinda like the Sugar Bowl against Utah.Might be playing TCU. Kansas State had an 18 point lead in that game. I wouldn't bet against them. KSU was big for me in the Sportsbook last year.
Guarenteed???????Him and Will are a guarantee (just about) to skip the bowl game
Just about. It’d be stupid for them to play and risk millionsGuarenteed???????
Trevon Diggs and Terrell Lewis. Lewis got injured every time someone sneezed his way so understandable I guess.Usually we get transfer to enroll in Jan.... and June....

I've been told Anderson's agent or "handler" is a real asshole, so it will be interesting to see what advice he gives.
This I hope for because in my idealistic world Bama football is greater than individuals. Would love to see the Bama culture and commitment to each other be part of the Bama standard and just better than the rest of college football. I am sure that is a old school/timer mentality.I really don't believe Bryce or Will have the opt out type of mindset. Listening to them talk and answer questions to the media, they care about their teammates, and I think they have that type of mindset that opting out would be letting their teammates down in their eyes. 'Course they may be good "politicians" when they talk and full of shit... what do I know?
....it may be. But I'm old enough and corny enough that a big part of me still believes it. To us old timers, the past 15 years hasn't been so much an incredible run as as it has been a reckoning with the rest of the college football world. You see, we've always known our program was the greatest and readily made that claim despite any "statistic" that fans of another school would throw in your face. Back in the 70s, 80s, 90s other fans of say a Notre Dame or a Michigan or a USC or Ohio State or Oklahoma could always point to some statistic to challenge your claim. This most recent dynasty has pretty much settled the issue for even our most ardent detractors. Bama is at the top of the heap as the best program of all time and no serious fan of the game could seriously disagree. They settle for arguing amongst themselves who is second best as they silently seethe with envy for Bama. It's downright beautiful and I'm thankful it happened in my lifetime. This I hope for because in my idealistic world Bama football is greater than individuals. Yep....beat down....and hope someone doesn't remember third sat in OctoberStep 1, almost complete.
Need one more tomorrow.
I am with you @AFF. I was born in the early 60's so I have seen Bama greatness in both Bear and Saban eras but it started even before that. I have always been convinced no other program measures up to Bama.....it may be. But I'm old enough and corny enough that a big part of me still believes it. But true is....I am with you @AFF. I was born in the early 60's so I have seen Bama greatness in both Bear and Saban eras but it started even before that. I have always been convinced no other program measures up to Bama.
BTW even though we are expressing our disatisfication with the play of the team especially D the last few years this is not new. I recall many times going ot work on a Monday after a Bama struggle win. People would give me a hard time because I would not be satisfied with a win. How they played has always matter. Not in terms of having to win by a certain score but how they in terms of physical disciplined play. That is the standard and expectation but it has been missing no matter how you measure it. It is on CNS to fix this problem period...
Indeed but when it is a pattern the Bama fans are savvy enough to know eventually it is going to bite you in the butt. Which is why how you play matters regardless of the score. I should have clarified that the Monday morning water cooler talk I referred in my post above predates CNS that is why I said this is not new. This was engrained by the Bear and relfected in one of his famous quotes - "the same things win that always won. We just have a different set of excuses if we lose." . At least it is close to what he said. Some days the jello just doesn't wiggle
