That's one sticking point.

We assume there is a large buy-out in place. But, the contract with ND isn't a matter of public record.

They still have a chance of being bowl eligible this year which would put Weis in luke warm water...

Looking at that schedule I only see 2 games that aren't totally winnable. USC is as sure as a loss gets and they probably won't beat BC. Remember, if they win 9, they go to a BCS bowl.
