You may think this is faked. It may be.
I can say something very close to this happened to me in the last year. I remarked to a neighbor how another neighbor acts as if he's on meth on minute and then I see him an hour later and he's stone cold sober. I was told, "you realize, they are twins." I had NO idea I'd been talking with two different people over the last two decades. Granted, I don't see them often...but still.

We don't see this in the same light.
Granted, they do fry their food in peanut oil. It's healthier.
But, she's talking about blood pressure at a place that serves fried food, a lot of it based in a salt, while complaining about salt.
