He is 9 years old. This is his 2nd season playing. His 1st season was pretty good too but not to this extent.

Coaching is no doubt extremely important and I am going to try to ensure he is with good coaches while he is in rec ball. Once he hits middle school there isn't much I can do except move to change who coaches him. At the rec level I can actually get waivers to play for different teams. I haven't had to do that though.

The major thing is coaching BEFORE middle school/varsity. Most bad habits are formed in pee-wee/rec football.

Your kid looks very good. Maybe we'll see him in Crimson one day.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Last year my son had 13 TDs, this year he had 33. :shock: While I don't expect that type of production it was fun to see him excel another year and become a more complete running back. I'm hopeful that he will continue to play well. Regardless its fun to have the clips for memories.

That's the best thing to do, get him to the camps as soon as he's old enough. He's got a lot of natural abilities it looks and runs really strong for his age.

AMAZING!

The play starting at 3:16 and 5:12 are wonderful. Very Moreno-esque. He screwed a couple of kids right into the ground. His stop/start cut is outstanding.

A kid that age who knows how to WAIT FOR HIS BLOCK, is awesome! Most college kids can't even wait for a block! lol
