Lincoln Riley is trash. It's one thing to leave for another job, it's another to go full Samson option on your previous employer and essentially strip mine them as you leave.

He's one of the best offensive guys in the game; schemes receivers open as well as Sark. That said, he's Petrino 2.0.

I never said Deion was a bad coach. The proof is in the pudding.

But If you look at the post b4 mine you’ll see the person posted “that is one thing for a Coach leave his current job for another but to also raid that job of starters on your way out the door to truly show your appreciation of that current job on your way out the door is a terrible thing to do. And I was just pointing out Deion did that in spades.

If I’m not mistaken Mike Locksley refused to recruit kids he had recruited to Bama to Maryland on principle Would it have benefited him ? I’m sure it would have but he didn’t. When Kirby Smart did. It’s a Character thing IMO.
