Good- the stable of running backs that play and contribute.

Bad- tackling, please someone wrap a defender up

Ugly- people still talking about a QB controversy

Let's hear what you think was good, bad and ugly.

Good: I agree with you on this.
Bad: Again I agree with in this too.
Ugly: Not watching the ball when it was punted, the other well it was the bone head hit that Perry did.

The good. We won. Running backs, went fairly deep in the rotation. A tight end was used and got a TD.
The bad. Too much time spent between plays. Stupid, stupid hit. Missing a punt and touching a punt(special teams).
The ugly- Some of Jacob Cokers decision making

Ugly - Targeting .. nuff said. Stupid move.

I was there (section M). From our angle and from the replays on the jumbotron, that was not targeting. Perry did not lead with his helmet. The other hundred thousand refs in the stadium and I completely disagree with that call.

I don't think we're losing too much from Perry to Geno Smith except depth, which we need.

From the angle we saw on the TV, it was targeting and pretty darn clear helmet to helmet hit. It was also pretty darn late too. Aren't y'all proud of me? I cleaned it up from what I was going to say.

The Good---Great Running Backs and Amari Cooper
The Bad---Only receiver thrown to was Amari Cooper, plus still suspect secondary play, plus QB too slow getting plays called (Looked Sloppy)
The Ugly---That targeting call was a good call. Don't need that, although I believe it was unintentional

Good: Like y'all said; RB depth. Jones looks like he's going to be a stud for us in the future.
Bad: Like the commentator (can't remember his name) said and I've been thinking the same; defensive takeaways. If we have had a fumble recovery or an interception thus far this season I don't remember it.
Ugly: Secondary coverage still poor, and never knows where the ball is (look back/up something?).

Secondary still looks vulnerable to a good dual-threat QB. As a matter of fact, they look vulnerable to a good QB, period.

"Vulnerable to a good QB."

That pretty much describes every team in the NCAA, doesn't it? And, it's been the main ingredient in every loss we've had over the last four or five years.

Being beaten by a great team, spurred by a great quarterback, isn't something I'll lament. It's part of the game.

The call wasn't based on leading with the helmet, it was about hitting above the shoulders in the head and neck area. On that point of the penalty, I believe they were right.

I've wanted to see a third corner in our nickel...so, I'm not as concerned about Geno in for Perry either. We'll see...

The Good: We won

The Bad: Both QBs. Much too much time between plays and neither seem to have figured out how to decipher the play calls from the sideline.

The Bad Part 2: Maybe I'm looking at the wrong players and am confused, but I swear we've got more than one WR, but watching the games I'm beginning to think I'm wrong.

The Ugly: The targeting hit. It was targeting plain and simple. Wasn't intentionally, but it was a hit to the head/neck area.

The Ugly Part 2: Defense still isn't wrapping up. And out secondary isn't meshed yet or something

Good- our stable of RBs that can amass 330+ and not a single one scratch the 100yd mark. Blake Sims is playing with a lot of confidence.
Bad- some missed tackles. I think it has more to do with wrapping up instead of being a guided missile.
Ugly- the lady sitting beside me! LMAO The lack of turnovers has bothered me. I had hoped with the ball going up so often, we would already have 6-7 picks.

If it isn't true then you was watching a different game than I was.

I must have been then because you claimed "both QBs" were "bad." Sims was very good. I've already touched on the the complaint that the other receivers arent getting catches. Damn near identical numbers for the top 4 receivers thru three games this year as last year except Coop has like 5 times more catches than he did last year. If Coop is the first read in Sims' progression and he is open would you rather him simply pass that up just so they can spread the ball around more? Does that make a hell of a lot of sense to you?

Agree with the hit.

The defense has allowed one touchdown in three games... ONE TOUCHDOWN...
