I feel like this time last year CKD was just trying to sift through the bs of having to replace the greatest coach of all time. Constantly being asked “what’s like it?”, “how does the pressure feel?”.

I’m seeing a guy in CKD that seems to have settled in. A team that is hopefully/probably more in tune with the system that CKD runs.

It will take a couple of seasons for the staff to truly get everything the way they would like - and I hope that comes to fruition.

But you’re starting to see the picture of things coming together.

IF, and that’s a big IF, CKD is able to bring this program to a “ship”….it will be one of the more impressive coaching jobs this program has ever seen.

This will be one of the more anticipated seasons we’ve had in a while, and I’m liking the direction he has us going.

I am excited for this season. We need it to keep the recruiting train going.

Last season was a disappointment, but to me, just because of the inconsistency and lack of discipline, not just the losses.

Discipline to me is the biggest question mark surrounding CKD.

Granted the college football world has changed dramatically in the last few years, but ultimately discipline was at the forefront of Saban’s success.

Unless Ty is injured he's the guy.

Mack will get there. He's still getting there.

The media seems driven to talk about just about everything but Ty. I'm okay with that.

I've mentioned before...Grubb and Ty hit it off when Grubb was in Tuscaloosa a few days.

The flag draws attention. Then they look at the rest. It draws out comments from rival fans in my area. I like the hoodie I've got other than it brings out peoples comments. Sometimes, believe this or not, I don't want them.

It's just a damn shirt!!!

I have a great summer shirt, dry fit, that's USC. I'm not a Trojan fan.

I’ve had fsu shirts in the past (can’t stand fsu) but I wore them occasionally. I currently have south Alabama shirts and Stetson shirts that I wear occasionally.
