Almost forgot... The player was Yankees catcher Jorge Posada (far left, gray pullover, black hat). Posada attended/played at Calhoun Community College. He was a SS at the time, and signed with Alabama. He never really intended to play with Bama, it was more of a leverage play, and it worked. I was looking at his face last night but for the life of me, I couldn’t come up with his name.

I remember that guy playing for Calhoun. I am in the North Alabama area. I did not recognize him in the picture or might have guess him.
