The Univeristy of Alabama unveiled their $50-million golf complex this week, and it looks unbelievable.

Here's is one of those instances where I get a laugh. Bama fans.

"It's only nine holes!"

So, if you pull out of the parking lot and travel a few minutes down the street...

A shame that the train tracks couldn't have been incorporated into the design of the practice range.

"Out of the rough, over the moving train, onto the green..." Would make for a fun challenge.

This reminds me of playing Overton Park in Memphis. #4 runs along Poplar Avenue. So, I've seen a few balls hit in the street, in traffic, in rush hour.

I still laugh thinking about hearing people on the tee box saying, "just don't hit it in the street."
