What makes his not getting a visa any different than the other people that are denied visas? Daily there’s people denied visas what makes him so special?

Other than what was pointed out by @TerryP earlier this morning, the Bureau of Consular Affairs protocols should have protocol based on some form of reason not bias. This isn't a matter of preference as you alluded to the preference of someone taking off their shoes in your house. People can enforce that in their own biases at their own home (for the most part) but that don't fly for the rest of the country.

And nobody is saying that he deserves any more special treatment. If anyone is being denied a visa because lack of vaccine, that crap should stop. His case is just forcing the inconsistent mob rule policy to be exposed & challenged. As it should be.

But what's even more bewildering here is how this policy was in place to begin with considering the administrations lack of immigration controls at the border totally voids the alleged effects of the vaccine mandate on visas. And then to turn around & defend the vaccine restriction? Stupid is as stupid does definitely sums up that head scratcher.

I’m not saying I agree with the decision, but he’s no different than other people that are denied, he just so happens to be the poster boy for not being vaxxed, so you’re up in arms

If the shots don't work, there is no medical reasoning forcing someone to take the shot under the guise of "it'll prevent."

This is 100% a move following propaganda without any scientific proof behind the decision.

For me to be "up in arms," I have to have "skin in the game." Agreeing with what was posted and pointing out why it's a bad policy is for everyone to see. I didn’t read the article at first, so I thought it was the tournament who had the rule, hence the their rules don’t have to be science. As for the government and their lack of basing things on science, the government hasn’t used science since the very beginning of the pandemic, so irregardless of party why are you surprised? Although you and I have a difference of opinion on science

I’ve been consistent in our various convos that I’m against mandates by the government, I’ve stated to you that I’m for body autonomy, so you shouldn’t get that impression at all
