Very reasonably priced! Probably because they know what a pain in the ass it is to "mow the yard"

Probably in the $800 range monthly for property taxes. Edit: Guestimated earlier but in ‘17 it was over $400 monthly according to link. Very cool if you are a golfer

The square footage along with other homes sold in that area show this price is pretty average. Webster isn't as expensive as some of your smaller, rural southern towns even though it's in NY.
