But Navy SEALs though?
They're like... the ELITE of the elite.
I had a retired Navy SEAL client of mine love the work I did so much that he actually gave me his BUDS school graduation Trident lapel pin. He graduated as an officer (gold, when non-officers get silver-he was a freaking MASTER CHIEF), did some tours and missions, and eventually became BUDS instructor before retiring. He now works in IT at the VA here in town.
He was so impressed with me and the work that I did that at the close of our transaction he said "You did such a great job for me and my wife, and I know how much you honor our men and women, specifically SEAL teams, so I wanted to give you this" and he slid it across my desk with his wife smiling.
I carry it with me in my pocket everywhere as a reminder. Every current and former military I've spoken with about it (I've had Army SPEC Ops officer clients) have attested of how much of an honor that is. As in, I've been told that I can drink anywhere for free because of that pin, if I wanted to.
I'm not that kind of guy, though. I LOATHE stolen valor arseholes with a venomous passion.
