In my view, the legal question that should be asked and answered is..... Was Joe Biden of sound mind when he stole TS docs when he was a Senator and as VP? He should be prosecuted to the letter of the law. Just because he is older and senile does not excuse his earlier knowing law breaking actions.

Also regarding the Hunter laptop which has just been admitted to belonging to HB. The heads of the FBI and all the 50 signers of the letter saying the info on the laptop was Russian disinformation, should be prosecuted for election interference and any other applicable charge. It is very easy to determine if the laptop did indeed belong to HB. They Knew all along the laptop belonged to Hunter. But LIED like all Hell to us American citizens.
