Geez, thought you meant theprice was $300,000. That's my budget, not $1.5M.

I would have to liquidate everything...and then borrow money.

BUT... that's a couple of thousand dollars on a weekend for a BnB. Without looking, I KNOW it's not zoned that way. Too much old money.

However...if we are living in a Matrix world...be fun to take a golf cart to a baseball game.
